The photograph on that wikipedia page bears the text

but it’s not only in outright erotic photography. Every fashion mag has models with one arm up in the air for no apparent reason.

The Wikipedia link referenced above, has a notation that mentions that the entire article was once apparently flagged for deletion being as someone must have thought it was “patent nonsense”, that had been frivilously posted.

I can’t help but wonder if my own fascination with a woman in the “arms-raised-over-the-head” pose ( http://www.eros...ments ), is also partly due to a subconscious fascination with a woman’s tender, vulnerable, and sensitive armpit…
Hmmm… Perhaps this is also why Ann Romney’s religion forbids her to wear a sleeveless blouse or dress…
