Hmmm…
The man certainly seems to have had a penchant for petite, perky, protuberances…

“Not that there’s anything wrong with that…”

That woman’s neck is the same length as her whole head, I guess the artist must have been a neck fetishist [which, tragically, does not appear to have a cool latin name…]
um…
You know Alex, we could always invent one, and ErosBlog could make history once again…
Colum being the preferred Latin word for neck, and columnar being a word meaning column-shaped, I would suggest columophilia, or columnophilia, or columnarphilia, making our dear artist friend a columnophiliac… Yeah, that has a nice ring to it…
All new words have to start somewhere, and there’s no rule saying that you have to have any special credentials.
Frankly, I’m fairly confident that there are a number of columnophiliacs in this world, and that more than a few are in fact quite enthusiastic about long necks to the point of a stronger than normal attraction to them. Vampire practitioners and hickey-lovers come to mind…
Vlad the Impaler, who liked to mount his enemies on a sharpened columnar-shaped pole up the wazoo, could be the father of columnophilism. Transylvania born Vlad was known as Vlad III Dracula of Wallachia. Everyone knows old “Drac” wants to suck your neck…
Oops, I left the second “L” out of the Latin word “collum”, so I guess that would be “collumophobia”, or something to that effect. Bacchus, you certainly have my permission to correct this if you wish, for clarity’s sake…
