Raquel Welch, Ringo Starr, A Whip
This is, I believe, the fourth time that ErosBlog has visited with Raquel Welch and her infamous whip from the 1969 movie The Magic Christian. These appear to be publicity shots with Ringo Starr, also in the cast. Do we wonder if Ringo actually let her try to whip the cigarette out of his mouth?

Everytime I am reminded of the Ringo/Raquel whip scene, I can’t help but think that Ringo was likely no stranger to the dominatrix act. Fellow Beatle John Lennon once compared The Beatles sex life on the road to Fellini’s Satyricon. An award-winning movie featuring a brothel and at least two whip scenes.
John declined to expound on the statement for his interviewer, citing kindness due to Paul’s rather conservative current married homelife.
Tickets for the $3.20 movie were being scalped for upwards of $1000.00 at the time of its release…
Ringo’s expression in the photos exhibits not only a bit of pleasure in the situation, but IMO, a certain comfortable familiarity with the concept of a dominatrix.
