This image comes to me without any provenance, but judging by the hair, it might be the 1970s or early 1980s. My guess is that it’s an illicit snapshot with a little point-n-shoot camera, like a cheap Kodak 110, or possibly a Polaroid instant camera.

Photographer Frank Horvat bribed a doorman 5000 francs at the Le Sphinx strip club in 1950s Paris. The money bought him just fifteen minutes inside, during which he shot four rolls of film (and several very famous photos) before the girls got mad and had him thrown out:

Rosario Dawson and Rose McGowan may not be starlets any more, but they’ve been making the “almost-naked-starlets” round of the “lad mags” (you, know, Cosmo-for-men titles like Maxim and FHM) for quite awhile now. They were very watchable in Grindhouse and they don’t hurt the eyes on the cover of Rolling Stone, either:
