In truth I believe this is a photo by Julian Baker, from a photo project that may or may not have been called “Coupled”, which survives in various fragments around the ever-deteriorating adult internet. The theme seems to have been couples of conventional (as opposed to porn-stylized) beauty, bound together in some quirky symbolic way.
