Some People Will Scribble On Anything
At first it seems like a bit of shame that somebody vandalized this bit of folk art. Until you realize that to take offense, you have to be bothered by the idea of somebody putting graffiti … on graffiti.
But I’d still rather they hadn’t.

I have no problem with graffiti as art, but not as vandalism. This is art that has been vandalized.
It could have been worse they could have written, “Weird eyes.”

In the vadals defense those are nice titties as cartoon titties go.
It’s interesting that graffiti titty girl is holding a can of spray paint. Perhaps she graffitied her own titties?
Why the ‘graphiti’ spelling? I googled and couldn’t find any reason.
I too wish they had not. Someone spent (comparatively) a lot of effort painting something, and then someone scribbles over it… shmeh. That can sometimes add to the fun (see picturesofwalls.com) but the scribbler didn’t quite hit humour for me in this case.

P.S. Graffiti is amazingly hierarchical, despite the anarchist sympathies you might expect. Those who do ‘proper’ graffiti look down on the stencillers, and everyone looks down on the taggers. Scribbling a tag on someone else’s piece is just plain rude. If you think graffiti artists don’t mind having their work scribbled on, you might find wandering around some of the online communities pretty amusing.
