Censorship a lot, or as Google prefers it to be known, “high-quality search results” or “limited search visibility”.
If I open a guest window (so no me-specific cookies) and do that search, I get results for “lady printers” and have to click a link to see the prinkers results. Whereupon the ErosBlog post appears below two Amazon ads for tattoo supplies. But click images? No lady prinkers at all.
