I hate to be the one to harsh others peoples mellow…but every time I see this cartoon I’m just freaked out by the position of the woman’s arms tied behind her back and suspended from the top bunk. I realize that erotic artists frequently distort bodies so that they can show all the naughty bits, but the distance between the bottom woman’s butt and the end of the bed appears to be a few inches, which makes the top woman, essentially, a Gumby, dammit. There’s S & M and there’s ‘are my shoulders getting dislocated in this position?’
Nice thing about characters made of ink and paper … they are very flexible!
But you’re hardly the first to complain that it’s a fantasy-destroyer for you. See, e.g., the controversial case of the incredible disappearing arms…
If the arms were pointing the other way (over her head, rather than back towards her butt), it would work. Still a very sexy drawing though!
It’s not just artwork. Visit the website Photoshop Disasters if you wanna seem some (unintentionally) hilariously reworked human bodies.

Looks like her arms aren’t behind her, but lifted above her head, tied, then pulled back and down.
I’m not saying it wouldn’t hurt after a while, but nothing strikes me as implausible in her position. And it certainly works for me!
You see some weird stuff if you look for it…

Yes, physiologically speaking it appears to stretch the imagination a bit. But, my what a concept.
