It looks like it has about five drawers (full?) of various attachments!
This one has a part marked “deposito de leche”, the Ancient French Fucking machine also has a part labelled “Lait Chaud” and the Whimsical Sex Machine shows a bottle labelled “Hot Milk”.
Why the milk?
Well, there’s a line running to the dildo. And I know from my ancient porn that early “India Rubber” dildos could sometimes have a warm liquid inside them that the user could squirt by squeezing, to simulate an ejaculation. Perhaps a similar function is being depicted on these old sex machines?
