A 1975 porn film called In Sarah’s Eyes is said to contain an extended wedding orgy sequence that takes place entirely in the viewpoint female main character’s vivid sexual imagination, per the February 1976 issue of Flick magazine:

Sarah’s wedding day [is] a conventional ceremony. Alan is in a tux and she’s in a white wedding gown, dreaming perhaps of the wedding night to come. The wedding guests are about to congratulate the happy couple.

But somehow the wedding is not satisfying to Sarah. She imagines a different type of ceremony, because frankly, she would rather eat cock than wedding cake. Presto! The groom’s trousers are off and Sarah is vigorously giving him head while the wedding guests look on in rapt appreciation. But a little licky isn’t good enough for Sarah. A generous girl, she feels that the wedding guests should be getting some of the action. And of course, they do. Two by two — male and female — the guests pair off in the most peculiar reception line one could imagine at a wedding. Each of the male guests goes down on Sarah, while each of the females competes to deep-throat Alan. In reality, of course, the guests are fully dressed and are kissing the bride on the cheek and shaking hands with the groom. Actually, Sarah’s mental version is far more fun. To make the celebration complete, she next imagines a full-scale orgy encompassing all those little goodies one expects in a porn film: come-on-the-face shots, closeups of oral and anal penetration, cocksucking, clitlicking, et cetera.

Flick’s movie rundown didn’t offer any notably good stills of the wedding orgy, but it did have this really good shot of the cast taking a filming break during the wedding orgy scene:

I do enjoy seeing how porn was made half a century ago, when it was (for all its low-budget warts and blemishes) still real movie-making.
