Fortunate In His Flotsam
Marooned on a desert island with too many beautiful women? It was a common problem in the cartoonery of the 1950s and 1960s. This castaway “victim” has been saved by a bit of fortunate flotsam. Now that he’s got his vitamins, he’ll have the strength to do what needs to be done:

Why do all the women look like they stepped out of a Beetle Bailey cartoon? :)
Style of the times? Beetle Baily was drawn by Mort Walker starting in 1950; I can find cartoonist credits for Lloyd Baker (signature on this cartoon) dating to the early 1950s also.
