Yes, my initial thoughts as well, pure genius indeed. Provided that the resulting “stimulation” caused by the “predicament” of the “ticklee”, actually elicits a pleasurable sensation in the organ of the “tickler”.

Well, keeping in mind that in order to effect true “scientific proof” of any discovery, one must be able to duplicate the results of the experiment.
With a curious mind full of possible variations, I went to do a web search. After first selecting the image category, and using the terms “foot masturbation” and “wheelbarrow position” (with additional questions in my mind regarding the application of “rule #34”), I was pleasantly surprised to find a number of delightful and arousing results. None of which however included the combination that I had hoped for, and actually got to see the ever elusive “Looks like you’ve reached the end” notice. After variously adding or substituting words like “bondage” or terms like “footjob”, I also got some lovely image results, but I finally got the jackpot with “footjob” and “bondage” in the search engine query at the same time. Now let’s see what happens when I add the word “tickle”…

Good searching! You can see why I wanted to credit the artist for innovation; it’s not something I’d seen before and… I don’t get to say that very often after all these years.
