I’m not entirely sure who’s in this photo or what they are doing aside from flashing the photographer and audience, but I do like the enthusiasm!

From the awesomely wild antics I thought they might be Chicks on Speed, but the members of that band all have short hair.
Justin, in case it helps, there are several bands listed at the link who performed at the benefit, but no indication of who is in the photo.
