There are dozens of places on the internet offering this photograph with essentially the same caption. The woman in the catgirl leotard/bodysuit (complete with ears and tail) dancing on the wine bottles is said to be Bianca Passarge of Hamberg, Germany, and the date is always given as 1958. She is (obviously, from the signage) performing to promote the Black Cat Wine Cellar (Weinkeller zur Schwarzen Katz). But that is all we know, if indeed the single lost ur-source from which all these captions were copied was correct:
