Triplets In Bondage
So the folks at Men On Edge went all the way to Berlin to shoot (and toy with) three hunky triplets. Meet Jason, Jimmy, and Joey Visconti, all tied up in an abandoned German warehouse:

Did you know that “mouth soaping” is a thing? An erotic thing, a fantasy punishment with fetishists who enjoy doing it, watching it, or experiencing it?

I confess that I’m a bit at sea when it comes to understanding precisely why a bit of harmless topless fun with a box of wine and girl-kissing should be a stock trope used to justify extreme punishment in the scripts for spanking movies.
